They are now equipped with some start-up tools and techniques to begin creating psychologically safe environments - so that colleagues can take risks, fail fast and iterate sooner. They have also demonstrated some ability to apply Design Thinking principles and to practice with techniques to develop customer empathy. The result of these techniques is to develop solutions that have customers at their very centre, ensuring that the solutions we build solve real customer problems.
