New for 2023 - Aspiring Leader Program The Aspiring Leader program’s main purpose is to invest and develop our future leaders in preparation for success at Sage. The program explores three areas of leadership: ∞ Leading Yourself ∞ Leading with Trust ∞ Leading with Impact This badge holder has been on a journey of self-exploration, leading themselves in the mindset shift from individual contributor to leader, while differentiating manager and leadership capabilities along the way. They dedicate time to reflect inward, exploring the self, authenticity, and their presence as a leader. They know what leading with trust means, the importance of building strong relationships, and communicating with purpose. They have developed a skill set around inclusive communication, psychological safety, creating the right environments for teams to thrive, and promoting a culture of high personal accountability. Please note previous to 2023 candidates completed four modules, namely: ∞ Leading Yourself ∞ Leading Others ∞ Leading a Team ∞ Leading @ Sage
