Leading Yourself

Leading Yourself is the first building block of the leadership journey, before you can lead others you need to be able to lead yourself. This badge holder is recognized as someone who has begun the transition from individual contributor to leader and who understands the different manager and leadership capabilities. They present themselves with authenticity – always aiming to remain true to who they are. They have developed a skill set around changing their perspective of success, leader and manager capabilities, requesting feedback from others, reflecting inward, and using tools and resources to find balance in their lives to thrive.
