Experience Shapers FY25 - Bronze Level

The Experience Shapers Community is a group of colleagues who are passionate on shaping and elevating the learning experience at Sage.

As part of the Experience Shapers Community colleagues will:

- Provide valuable colleague feedback on L&D offerings and updates through surveys, interviews and focus groups.
- Have early adopter access to try out new releases and features in advance of launch to surface key insights
- Identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities to enhance the overall learning experience through candid, constructive feedback
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for potential platform solutions and feature enhancements based on hands-on usage and experience
- Partner with L&D regularly to optimise and elevate the learner and facilitator experience through high-quality user feedback
- Champion and promote learning within their networks to help build a continuous learning culture

To earn the Bronze Level badge, colleagues must have committed their time to completing these activities on at least two separate projects in FY25.
